Cute little French bakery item, the canale is naturally small and difficult to execute. You can just wear these on your ears and tell people it’s a cake. But in actuality it is baked custard, browned and caramelized on the outside and sweet chewy on the inside. Do not eat these. They are hand made painted polymer clay with little gold hooks.
